Evo Cancellation Policy

evodiscountvouchers.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the media order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the production department and they have initiated the process of uploading the evoucher to the evodiscountvouchers website which typically happens within a five day period from the media order confirmation. The offer will be displayed for a full 12 months from the voucher upload date as displayed on the invoice. In case you feel that the online evoucher product displayed is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations and inline with the approved artwork, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of viewing the evoucher. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate action and adjust your offer evoucher according to your request

Evo Refund Policy

When you buy our services, your purchase is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your media purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within (14) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (displayed on the evo invoice sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
